學校介紹
Husson University 哈森大學是一所位於美國緬因州班戈市中心的私立大學；成立於1898年，辦學至今已超過100年的歷史，學校設有5大學院分別是：商學院，教育學院，健康學院，科學及人文學院；學生人數大約是3500人，自1938年以來，哈森大學不斷歡迎國際學生來就讀，且目前招收來自35個國家的學生。學校不僅提供專科、本科學位，也提供碩士學位和博士課程讓學生有多樣化的選擇。同時，哈森大學的專業課程也是家喻戶曉的，不但大學和研究所護理課程均受到國家護理協會聯盟的認可，物理治療課程也被物理治療教育協會的承認；另外，職能治療課程也受到了職業教育協會的認可，由此可知，學生們毫無疑問地會選擇就讀此類的課程。

學校地理位置
Modern Bangor was established by European Americans in the mid-1800s, based on the lumber and shipbuilding industries. As the city was located on the Penobscot River, logs could be floated downstream from the North Maine Woods and processed at the city’s water-powered sawmills, then shipped from Bangor’s port to the Atlantic Ocean 30 miles downstream, and from there to any port in the world. With their wealth, the lumber barons built elaborate Greek Revival and Victorian mansions and the 31 feet (9.4 m) high statue of Paul Bunyan. Today, Bangor’s economy is based on services and retail, healthcare, and education.
